Overview

Tech4Biz Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Technical Architect with 3–8 years of experience to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys problem-solving, solution design, and guiding teams toward technical excellence. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life with best-in-class architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Define high-level architecture and lead technical design across product platforms
  • Provide hands-on leadership and architectural guidance to engineering teams
  • Create technical design documents, architecture blueprints, and system flows
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, platforms, and design practices
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and security are baked into solutions
  • Conduct design and code reviews to maintain coding best practices
  • Identify architectural risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and introduce best practices to the organization
  • Mentor developers, foster a culture of technical excellence, and support career growth
  • Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams for seamless integration and deployment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in a technical/architectural leadership role
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade applications at scale
  • Solid foundation in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
  • Experience with cloud-native architecture and multi-tenant SaaS platforms is a strong plus
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code, monitoring tools, and security best practices
  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Architect, or TOGAF are a plus
  • Prior experience in a startup or product-focused tech company is an added advantage

Required Skills

Expertise in software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, layered, serverless)Strong proficiency in backend technologies: Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, etc.Working knowledge of frontend frameworks: React, Angular, Vue.jsDeep understanding of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCPStrong grasp of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelinesProficient with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)Strong understanding of both relational and NoSQL databasesExcellent documentation and presentation skillsAbility to communicate technical solutions clearly to developers and business stakeholders
