Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into professional, polished video content
- Add transitions, motion graphics, music, and effects
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver on-brand videos
- Manage multiple editing projects with attention to deadlines
- Stay current with video trends, formats, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Animation, or a related field
- 3–8 years of hands-on video editing experience in a creative or marketing setting
- A strong portfolio that includes corporate, explainer, and social media videos
- Knowledge of encoding, compression, and rendering for multiple platforms
- Ability to interpret scripts and briefs into compelling visual narratives
- Experience with camera equipment, lighting, or directing (nice to have)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to audio/visual details
- Ability to work independently and under tight timelines
Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci ResolveStoryboarding, motion graphics, visual transitions, and sound editingExperience with YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram video standardsVisual pacing, storytelling, and color correction
