Overview
Tech4Biz Solutions is looking for a talented Backend Developer to join our engineering team. You'll be building robust APIs, integrating services, and supporting scalable backend systems.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams
- Integrate with third-party tools, APIs, and microservices
- Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security best practices
- Participate in code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and maintain documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in backend development
- Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms
- Proven experience with scalable architecture and distributed systems
- Familiarity with API security, authentication, and access control
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native app deployment
- Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems is a plus
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and deliver within tight deadlines
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Required Skills
Proficiency in Node.js, Python, Java, or GoDeep understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQLExperience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architectureStrong debugging, performance optimization, and security skillsVersion control (Git) and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure)
