Overview
We are hiring a Finance Executive to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance activities. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
- Manage budgeting, expenditure tracking, and cost analysis
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws, audits, and tax requirements
- Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions
- Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts
- Assist with financial planning, MIS reporting, and variance analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting (MBA or CA Inter preferred)
- 3–8 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or audit roles
- In-depth knowledge of TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and other regulatory frameworks
- Hands-on experience with financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to resolving financial issues
- Prior experience in a tech or startup environment is an added advantage
