Overview

Tech4Biz Solutions is seeking a skilled AI Developer with 3–8 years of experience to build intelligent, data-driven solutions. You will work on AI/ML models, NLP, and deep learning systems that enhance product capabilities and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize AI/ML models for real-world applications
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to integrate AI solutions into products
• Deploy models in production environments using scalable and efficient practices
• Conduct experiments and validate hypotheses using statistical and ML techniques
• Research and implement new AI technologies to enhance solution capabilities
• Monitor model performance and retrain/update as needed
• Document processes, experiments, and model architecture for knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field
• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML solution development
• Strong experience working with deep learning and NLP libraries
• Proven experience building end-to-end ML pipelines, including deployment
• Familiarity with AI ethics, model explainability, and responsible AI practices
• Experience in MLOps, including containerizing models and integrating into CI/CD
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques for model inference
• Publications, Kaggle rankings, or AI research contributions are a plus
