Project Manager

Overview

Tech4Biz Solutions is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology and business projects. With 3–8 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while aligning with organizational goals. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with key stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outputs on time and within budget
• Manage project budgets, track progress, and ensure cost control
• Identify, analyze, and proactively resolve project risks and issues
• Organize regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and stakeholder review meetings
• Monitor KPIs and provide executive-level reporting on project status, milestones, and deliverables
• Drive process improvements across project execution, documentation, and delivery
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• MBA or professional certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are a strong advantage
• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end project management
• Demonstrated success in delivering technology or business transformation projects
• Experience managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and experience in hybrid environments
• Strong grasp of budgeting, resource planning, and vendor coordination
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks and project governance models
• Experience in tech-enabled environments, product companies, or consulting firms is a plus
